Do I need special hardware?
No. Vivid POS runs in the browser on a tablet, laptop or desktop. A USB barcode scanner and an 80mm thermal printer are optional.
Does it work with my WooCommerce store?
Yes — the WordPress connector plugin is included on every plan and keeps products, stock, orders and customers in sync in real time.
Can I use it at more than one shop?
Yes. The Business plan connects up to five WooCommerce stores with a central dashboard, cross-store reporting and stock sync between stores.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly in Rand, or yearly to save about 16%. Cancel any time from the client portal.
