Does it work online and in-store?

Yes. Customers earn and redeem on one balance in your WooCommerce store and at the till with Vivid POS (Growth plan and up).

What happens to points on a refund?

Refunds reverse the points that order earned, and fraud controls on the Pro plan stop abuse.

Can I run more than one store?

Pro covers up to five stores; the Agency plan offers unlimited client stores with white-label branding.
