Is EstateFlow POPIA compliant?
Yes. All tenant and landlord data is hosted on South African infrastructure, encrypted at rest, with full audit logging and configurable data retention. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
Can I import my existing properties and tenants?
Yes — Standard and Full Suite support bulk CSV import for properties, landlords and tenants, and we can assist with a once-off data migration.
How does the 3-way invoicing work?
EstateFlow separates invoices to the tenant (rent, utilities), the landlord (management fees, maintenance recoveries) and the agent (commission). Each party only sees their own, while the agency sees the full picture.
Can tenants pay online?
Yes. Full Suite includes payment collection via PayFast, Ozow or Stripe — tenants pay from their portal or a payment link in the invoice email.
Do landlords get their own login?
Yes — Standard and Full Suite include landlord portals with live property performance, statements, lease signing and maintenance approvals.
What does Nova, the AI assistant, do?
Nova answers questions about your portfolio from your agency’s live data — arrears, expiring leases, a property’s history — on every screen, and drafts messages for you to send. It only ever sees your own agency’s data.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel any time from the client portal. Your data stays available for 30 days for export, then it is securely deleted. There are no cancellation fees.
