By accessing and using SL Group's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on SL Group's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
SL Group provides web development, app development, marketing, SEO, hosting, and IT support services. All services are provided as described in individual service agreements and proposals.
Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month.
Non-payment and account suspension. If any invoice remains unpaid after its due date and the client does not respond to our payment reminders (sent by email, WhatsApp, phone or any other contact details on record), SL Group may, without further notice, suspend any or all services linked to the client's account. This includes, but is not limited to:
Suspended services will be restored once all outstanding amounts have been paid in full. SL Group is not liable for any loss of business, income, data, email or search ranking arising from a suspension caused by non-payment. Clients experiencing difficulty making a payment are encouraged to contact us before the due date so that an arrangement can be discussed; continued failure to pay or to communicate may result in the account being cancelled.
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom work created specifically for them. SL Group retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SL Group agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any proprietary information to third parties without written consent.
In no event shall SL Group or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SL Group's website.
The materials appearing on SL Group's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. SL Group does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
